Refunds & Returns - Batchface | Sassy Australian Gift Boxes

While we're a bit careless with the swear words around here, we assure you that we take only care when preparing and packing our cookies. In saying that, our cookies are all handmade which means
that sometimes there may be slight variations between what you see in our photos and what you receive (although we do our very best to get it right every time!).


If you find that your order isn’t up to scratch, drop us a line via our contact form or by calling us direct on 1300 U BATCH (1300 822 824).


RETURNS
• Due to our business being food-based (and largely customised orders), products cannot be returned for an exchange. Sorry, but we don’t make the rules in this case.


• If you're unhappy with your order, please reach out to us. We're a friendly bunch and will
always do our best to resolve any issues. (That might not sound like much, but we really mean
it.)

• Refunds are reviewed on a case-to-case basis to determine whether they are eligible for a
partial or full refund.
• If your order arrives on your doorstep looking ratchet (i.e. was damaged in transit), get in
touch with us ASAP.

• If you need to send your order back, all the items included in the giftbox must be returned in
their original packaging and in an unused and unopened condition - so no nibble marks,
okay?
• If you wish to apply for a refund, please contact us within 24hours of receiving your package with clear photo evidence.

• Please note that ‘This tastes weird/gross/yucky’ is not accepted as a legit reason for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
• To be eligible for a full refund for a cancellation, orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours
before the selected dispatch date.
