Our Shipping Policy & Process

- All standard orders are sent via Express Post with Australia Post. Larger/bulkier orders are sent via a courier (Ooh, fancy!)
- When choosing your dispatch date at checkout, the calendar will automatically show the next available date/s.
- All orders leave BatchHQ on your selected dispatch date, no later. We even wave them off at the door
- Deliveries to metro areas can arrive within 1-3 business days. Rural or non-metro areas can take up to 3- 5 business days. (Don’t @ us about it.)

- You’ll receive an email from us when your order has left our oven and is on its way, along with a tracking number and notification from Australia Post.

- All orders are sent as Authority to Leave, so the postie can drop it off (gently) in a safe place with no signature required if you’re not there to collect. (Because signatures are *so* 1999.)

- Batchface takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages, so tell your neighbours to keep their paws off your mail.

- If you find your order has gone AWOL, we recommend contacting Australia Post with your tracking number so they can hunt that lil’ sucker down for you.

- Did you know you can pre-book your delivery for later? Yeah, no shit! We do get swamped - especially at holiday time - so get yours in early by selecting the (future) date you want at checkout.

COVID DELAYS: Due to the ongoing border restrictions within Australia and shipping delays, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you leave enough time for arrival when selecting your dispatch date.

- Hot Tip: If you've ordered a particularly, um, *spicy* gift box, we recommend you keep an eye out for its delivery just in case it falls into the wrong hands - like Grandma's. (Trust us; explaining what anal beads are to a 90-year old is never a good time for anyone.)
